Just a little update on the bakery/kitchen. I now have all my equipment. Yay!! Now I am just finding people to install everything. I have an electrician here right now wiring and installing my ovens. I am hoping a plumber will be here tomorrow to install my sinks. I also need to get a refrigerator repairman in here to look at my fridge. It needs a little “tune up”.
I am getting very excited about all of this. I cannot wait to make my first batch of cookies in my new kitchen. I feel like a kid in a candy store with all of this equipment. I am so ready to use it! I had to make cookie dough for 35 dozen cookies this morning. It took me a little over 2 hours to do it. In this new kitchen, I bet it will only take 30 minutes or less! It will take me over 3 hours to bake all of the cookies. In my new kitchen, it will take me less than 20 minutes!!
I have included some pictures of the new kitchen plus the sign in the lobby of the building with e. e. cookies on it. I got so excited when I saw that yesterday. I am official now!
